Sácalo de la nevera unas horas antes y déjalo atemperar sin abrir el envase: la grasa se vuelve brillante y el jamón recupera todo su aroma. Si tienes prisa, deja caer un hilo fino de agua caliente sobre el sobre cerrado durante 30 a 60 segundos. Después ábrelo, separa las lonchas con cuidado y sírvelo enseguida.Take it out of the fridge a few hours beforehand and let it come to room temperature without opening the pack: the fat turns glossy and the ham gets all its aroma back.
